ServiceMix 3.2 deployables/serviceengines/servicemix-lwcontainer had test
dependency on servicemix-quartz but SMX-quartz get build later than lwcontainer

ServiceMix 3.2 deployables/serviceengines/servicemix-lwcontainer had test
dependency on servicemix-quartz but SMX-quartz get build later than lwcontainer
component. This in general doesn't cause any problem but I have seen it failing
if built with clean local maven repository. I will change the order and attach
a patch with other issue soon.
