camel component lost the property which was set in the JBI endpoint

When I am working on writing test for the SM-1111, I found I can't get the
property from the out message which I set in a jbi endponit.
Please check the JavaCamelRouteTest.java in the patch for more information
about the test.
This patch also contains the patch of SM-1111. Here I use the Qname.vauleOf
method the convert the operation name from String to QName.
