get BundleException when try to install camel-nmr feature

when try to install camel-nmr feature
ERROR BundleException: Unresolved package in bundle 29: package;
(&(package=javax.xml.stream)(version>=1.0.0))
this missing bundle jar defined in jbi feature, and jbi feature include nmr
feature, so we need use jbi feature inside caml-nmr feature to get it address
