The checkstyle and pmd configuration is much too restrictive.
- why ordering imports ?
- why ordering member variables etc?
- why indent that complicated
- why can't I have a private Logger logger? it must be static final!?!?
etc.
Also the checkstyle and pmd are not applied to all parts of servicemix. When
having eclipse checkstyle active it shows me
some thousands of checkstyle errors but the build worked fine?
This needs a rework very urgently.
