Could you post the output that's shown on the servicemix container's log
while (and just after) deploying this SA?

I am placing the xml file only and one more thing, my friend is able to execute
and swap the file and he has done the same thing. i have even imported his
project still in my system it is not swapping the contents of the file . for
your clarification i am attaching the output i am getting while deploying the

Just make sure that the files that you put in the starting folder are
XML files -- other files won't be handled by this configuration.
Do you see any exceptions in the log output? If so, could you post us
those so we can figure out what's wrong?
If not, could you post us the log output from the deployment itself.
Did you perhaps forget to add the file-su to your SA?
