Some servicemix pom refer to repo.mergere.com which is not online so needs to
be changed to repo1.maven.org

Some of the xml files refer to repo.mergere.com which is not online (atleast
today when I was running tests). This is causing delay in tests so it would be
better to change the reference to repo1.maven.org
