if nothing is deployed, the service-assemblies.jsp and service-units.jsp pages
will still show the header of the table but won't print any information that
"nothing was found" which looks lame :)
I provide a patch for this. Now if there are no elements to show it prints "No
service assemblies found." or "No service units found." and no header will is
visible.
This is my first patch for servicemix, I hope I did it right. :)
