Description:
issue:
When new smx instances are created via the 'admin create' command the newly
created instance will use the parent's ports. The result of the port re-usage
is that all local instances will encounter Bind Exceptions when more than one
are started.
Suggested Solution:
When a new instance creation is requested automatically generate port
assignments.
