Thanks Freeman. Currently, feature has no version, but I found there was a jira
for adding versions to feature the other day, and I believed that features with
version make sense to me, since users likely to operate feature mostly, instead
of bundles directly. when I say operate, I mean install/update/uninstall etc.
So somehow the version information should be relied on that jira task. ;-)
