Most of the compile-time dependencies have been removed by now. We still have
the {{HttpManagedServlet}} in servicemix-http, but I think we should consider
moving that into SMX3's servicemix-web project, as it is very SMX3-specific.
There still are some runtime dependencies from the components on a ServiceMix
API or class: SM-1533, SM-1534 and SM-1535. We should resolve those as well
since they cause our JBI components not to be portable across JBI containers
(which is the whole point of using JBI in the first place).
