The reason is that the generation of the OSGi manifest for the 6.1.12rc1 messes
the OSGi bundle version because the maven plugin transforms it to 6.1.0.12rc1
instead of 6.1.12.rc1.
This needs a new RC of jetty. Chatting with Greg, it should be done this week.
