The CXF service engine uses an XBean/Spring configuration file for deployment
of Spring beans as JAX-WS service endpoints. The version of Spring (2.0.6)
included in ServiceMix contains a bug that prevents usage of declarative
transaction management via the <tx:annotation-driven> bean in the Spring
context definition file.
