The subshells are no longer working correctly

Normally you can type:
> osgi list
from the parent shell and this invokes the list command inside the osgi
subshell.
This is now no longer working for any subshell.
Also when cd'ing into a subshell and invoking "exit" to return to the parent
shell then ServiceMix is shutdown instead of leaving the subshell.
