The "old" HTTP endpoint extends SoapEndpoint abstract class.
In this class, the method responsible of the WSDL proxy is
retrieveProxiedEndpointDefinition().
It creates a WSDL definition for a consumer endpoint by loading the target
endpoint definition and adding HTTP binding informations to it.
I will provide a first patch for the soap-consumer and consumer "new" endpoints
with the same behavior.
