Hi Ron,
For cxf (or webservice), there's no difference between InOnly or
robust-in-only, it's both oneway, and oneway means we don't care the response,
so the Fault or Exception is ignored.
Similiarly, you can see same rule apply for Jsr181ExchangeProcessor.java.
