Currently, the FtpSenderEndpoint supports an "uploadSuffix" property that
allows the file to be uploaded with this suffix (e.g. .tmp) and renamed when
the upload is complete. It would be useful to also support an "uploadPrefix"
property that allows the file to be uploaded with a prefix (e.g. '.') and
renamed when the upload is complete.
