Since the smx4web demo was introduced to the SMX4 Kernel (version
1.1.0-SNAPSHOT) new builds of the features kit have begun to include the
'demos' folder from the kernel. We should move these demos into the existing
examples folder. Since these demos come from the kernel kit I'd like to place
them in a common folder "examples/kernel-demos".
