CXF-1819 add exception catch to ensure the complete interceptors unwind
it also catch exception we throw in JbiPostInvokerInterceptor.handleFault() to
trigger the jms transport rollback, we need throw Error in
JbiPostInvokerInterceptor.handleFault() instead to ensure jms transport is
aware of the necessary rollback
