Currently, we don't have a means to add OSGi imports to a SU in order to allow
it to access classes in another OSGi bundle.
We might consider adding commands to allow tinkering with SU classpath or we
can add this information to a MANIFEST/META-INF.MF in the SU itself and enhance
the deployer to take that into account.
