SMX4 kernel build failing with clean repository

Hi,
I am trying to build SMX4 kernel code and unable to get junit 
3.8.2_1-SNAPSHOT bundle. I am running the build on clean repository and 
looks like the bundle is not correctly deployed in the apache snapshot 
repo. I tried using 3.8.2_2-SNAPSHOT as junit.version but still the same 
problem.

Does anyone know how to get around this? also it would good if someone 
can take a quick look at the deployed bundle in SNAPSHOT repo to see if 
it's correct or not.
