Hudson CI builds for Apache ServiceMix

I have set up CI builds for Apache ServiceMix on 
hudson.zones.apache.org, both for ServiceMix 3 and the set of ServiceMix 
4 projects. Since some of our builds are running for quite some time, I 
have currently configured these to check for svn updates only twice per 
day.  I'll try to increase the svn check frequency steadily for the 
shorter builds. 

I'll also keep an extra eye on things for a few days to iron out any 
remaining problems in the build setup.  Once these things stabilize, we 
can start using them for deploying our nightly SNAPSHOTs as well.
