Freeman, That was exactly why I was proposing to just do the 3.2.x release by combining the release notes from the SM and SMCOMP projects. I think that would be less of a pain than creating a copy of all the issues that are already in https://issues.apache.org/activemq/secure/IssueNavigator.jspa?reset=true&pid=11080&fixfor=12007.
