L.S., I have created a first draft of the ASF Board Report that's due in March at http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/SM/2009-03-18. Feel free to comment/correct... For the Privacy Policy remark, I already added a page the ServiceMix wiki and modified the template to include a reference to the privacy policy in the site footer.
