Create a demo of using Exchange Listeners for message interception.
The SMX4 NMR user guide[1] provides an introduction to using Exchange &
Endpoint Listeners and Wires. I propose that we should include in the NMR kit a
demo of how a Custom Exchange Listener could be created and used (possibly to
just log sent & delivered exchanges).
This demo would include:
* Required entries in pom file.
* Deployment instructions (README.txt).
* Basic implementation of ExchangeListener interface.
