Create a demo of using Endpoint Listeners for message interception (to
supplement recently added Exchange Listener demo).
The SMX4 NMR user guide[1] provides an introduction to using Exchange &
Endpoint Listeners and Wires. I propose that we should include in the NMR kit a
demo of how a Custom Endpoint Listener could be created and used (possibly to
just log registered & unregistered endpoints).
This demo would include:
* Required entries in pom file.
* Deployment instructions (README.txt).
* Basic implementation of EndpointListener interface.
