Features maven plugin does not take into account URLs with spaces in the 
repository. The build breaks on Windows where the default directory is 
"Documents and Settings"

By default Windows sets the default directory for the repository as "Documents 
and Settings".  Source builds break when this is the case since the URLs are 
not tolerant od spaces...
