The patch can be applied to the components trunk, but it is broken on the
ServiceMix 3.2.x branch because of changes in Camel (change in property name,
Exception only available at the Exchange level). I'll take another look in the
morning to tweak the patch a bit to fit in with 3.2.x / Camel 1.5.0
