Description:
The CXF OSGi transport has no unit test coverage currently.
This test needs to assert the presence of all the message properties required
for both SOAP and RESTful invocation dispatch.
Previously the Message.REQUEST_URI property, required by the CXF JAX-RS layer,
was left unset causing RESTful dispatch to break.
