The README could be made clearer by making a few changes
- explain about the SUs that make up the demo
- describe where the relevant code/config is
- compare and contrast it with the bridge-camel example (perhaps including link
to http://camel.apache.org/how-does-camel-compare-to-servicemix-eip.html)
- list the prerequisites for running the demo
