Merge for Smx32 branch:
I had to revamp some of the tests to get them to work on smx3
I didn't get the following tests to work on the 32 branch
JaasUserRealmTest.java
org.apache.servicemix.http.HttpBridgeServletTest => testService
org.apache.servicemix.http.endpoints.HttpSoapConsumerEndpointTest =>
testActivateTargetEndpointWsdlNull
the rest work after making them applicable to smx32.
