SMX 4 development builds have two files with ${} names not replaced

I downloaded the development build (apache-servicemix-4.1.0-SNAPSHOT.zip) from
http://hudson.zones.apache.org/hudson/job/ServiceMix4-Features/org.apache.servicemix$apache-servicemix/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/org.apache.servicemix/apache-servicemix/4.1.0-SNAPSHOT/
which is linked from
http://servicemix.apache.org/SMX4/download.html
I then tried to extract the zip and got the following errors
