Attached are 2 patches to improve the unit test coverage for the
servicemix-soap component. One patch is for the servicemix-components trunk.
The other is for the servicemix 3.2 branch.
I increased the code coverage from 31% to 50%. I couldn't get higher than 50%
because many of the methods require a deployed endpoint that extends
SoapEndpoint (like JMS or HTTP) but I could not include those components as
dependencies of this component due to circular references.
