the componets pom.xml's setup.eclipse profile is not working

There are some issue of the setup.eclilpse profile in the components pom.xml.
It's includes the module assembly which is not exits
The eclipse maven plugin version is not specified and the latest eclipse maven
can't work with this configuration.
