NoClassDefFound when running servicemix from cygwin

When running bin/servicemix in a cygwin bash shell the classpath is not passed
properly, causing:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/apache/servicemix/kernel/main/Main
Looks like this was working for smx3, but was missed for smx4.
