This patch contains below changes.
1. Upgraded servicemix-camel component to use camel 2.0-SNAPSHOT
2. Removed the JbiExchange and JbiMessage
3. Changed the JbiBinding code to copy between the camel Exchange and
MessageExchange ; camel Message and NormalizedMessage
4. Updated the Unit test accordingly.
