Create an OSGi bundle for XML-Security 1.4.3

Apache XML-Security 1.4.3 was recently released:

and so an OSGi bundle is required here:
http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/servicemix/bundles/org.apache.servicemix.bundles.xmlsec/
I recently added a pom with the relevant plugin information to XML-Security,
but there wasn't time to switch over to using maven to release 1.4.3, and so
the released 1.4.3 jar is not an osgi bundle. Hopefully this will be changed
for the next release. The pom is available below, feel free to adapt it. I've
done some loose testing with the resulting bundle in Equinox and it looks fine:

Please note that the pom that was created for the Servicemix 1.4.2 bundle is
faulty, as it does not make any of the imports optional...I ran into some
problems recently with this issue:
