The README could be made clearer by making a few changes
* reword the summary
* more explanation about how the example works, the relevant files, etc.
* list the prerequisites for running the example
* describe how to change the code and redeploy (as with features you have to
uninstall then install)
* refer to information about 'features' now in top-level example README
* remove mention of the addURLs since they are now included in the SMX
features file
