Willem just told me there's a better way to modify classloading mechanism of
xmlsec bundle, which we needn't add extra package import for cxf-osgi-transport
bundle, or other bundles which need use wss4j and xmlsec, I'm waiting for his
patch and test it, if ok, I'll revert this change
