Following on from smx4-349, smx4-334 & smx4-286 here are all the READMEs in the
new style
1. They refer to karaf.bat|.sh as how to launch the container, so if that
changes, then the READMEs will need to be.
2. The three examples in nmr/examples aren't included (SMX4-364)
3. What is the correct term for the container now? 'Servicemix' 'Servicemix
Kernel' 'Karaf'?
When the kits settle down, they'll be checked and the required changes made,
but we're submitting this for now.
