I think that we can prepare and stage a new components 2009.02 release set.
I have noticed the following open Jira tasks around components. Could
you confirm that it's not blocking pending issues for the release:

I propose to release component-pom 4 this evening and update all
components to use it tonight and I will begin the components release
tomorrow morning (GMT+1 time).
I propose to add the exec and smpp components (with the WSDL support in
the 2009.02 set.
