Apache ODE is currently on saxon 9.1.0.2-patched and is moving to saxon
9.1.0.8. As part of getting ODE deployed to ServiceMix 4.1 I'd like to add a
9.1.0.8 bundle. In addition to saxon and saxon-dom this bundle would need to
export saxon-xpath and saxon-xqj.
