[VOTE][CANCELED] ServiceMix Components POM 4

Dear all,

I have canceled the ServiceMix Components 4 release for two reasons:
1/ include the pax-exam 1.2.0 in place of 1.1.0 to be able to unit test 
components
2/ include JBI maven plugin 4.2 (that I'm going to submit to vote) to 
include a Freeman's fix to deploy several SU based on the same component 
in one SA

So, I'm going to stage JBI maven plugin 4.2 and components POM 4 soon 
(today).
