JBI components have a mechanism to change attributes via JMX. Once an
attribute has been changed via JMX, the component stores the config in the
jbi/componentx/workspace directory and all configuration is loaded from this
file until the workspace dir is deleted. This overrides the SMX4 config loaded
via config admin.
