When running the SMX4 features' build on AIX, several test failures occur:
- setting system properties from the surefire plugin on AIX doesn't work as
expected (cfr. SMXCOMP-694)
- with an IBM JDK, when an annotation type is not available on the classpath
(even if we don't need the given type), Class.getAnnotations() still throws a
TypeNotFoundException
