Camel has upgraded to commons-pool 1.5.4 in CAMEL-2414 - to avoid ending up
with two different version of commons-pool in the distribution, we should
upgrade our two components that have a dependency on commons-pool to the same
version (servicemix-ftp and servicemix-jms)
