Totally agree Guillaume.
However, as we say to users that they can simply drop SAs zip directly into 
deploy directory, if they use servicemix-jsr181 or servicemix-script, it's not 
really backward compatible.

It's up to you:
1/ we "officially" publish that servicemix-jsr181 and servicemix-script are 
deprecated and not supported
2/ we provide OSGi-fied component to be backward compatible.
