[VOTE] Release ServiceMix commons-pool bundles 1.4_1 and 1.5.4_1

Hi,

To solve the issue in commons-pool and able to provide a valid 
ServiceMix 4.1.0-SNAPSHOT distribution, I propose to release 
commons-pool 1.4_1 and commons-pool 1.5.4_1 bundles.
