MEP parameter gets appended to service/endpoint name

If a user accidentally uses the mep parameter in a from("jbi://"), the mep gets
appended to the endpoint name. The mep parameter does not actually make any
sense there, but we should make sure that it gets ignored properly instead of
causing the endpoint to be renamed.
