The OSGi exports in the cglib bundle in /bundles/cglib-2.1_3 are all exporting
version 2.1.3 of the artifact. I'm not sure if the artifact should be bumped
up to 2.1_4 or the version of the bundle dropped back down to something 2.1_3_5
as well.
