When it is deployed a SA on servicemix4 (4.2.0) jbi-maven-plugin doesn't add
Implementation-Version field on Manifest file and so from karaf shell it is
visible always version 0.0.0. With patch in attachment is it initialized
Implementation-Version field with artifact version string.
